3. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

The unit provides clean drinking water within a few minutes. The system works with an extremely low energy consumption rate of about 350 W/h.  It requires only low maintenance and is easy to operate. Local staff can perform all necessary checks and installation of spare parts.
2. INSTALLATION

Installation and start-up procedure takes only about half an hour.  This includes setting up the solar panels, placing the feed pump and checking the controls. The unit is complete and no onsite assembly is required.
4.  TECHNOLOGY

The Trunz Water Trailer is equipped with 2 automatic back-flushing prefilters for larger particles  and a self-cleaning ultrafiltration membrane (or a Reverse Osmosis system for sea / brackish water). All filters initiate automatic back flushing cycles - no replacement of filters is required. The product water is 99.9999% free of viruses.
